Navratan Agro-Organic Private Limited (NAOPL)  was founded by a group of agriculture professionals as a non government Private Limited Company in India, to advocate Green Farming and help farming community to increase their production and productivity in a sustainable mode and to facilitate in transforming agriculture into a ecologically sustainable, environmentally non-degrading and socially acceptable vibrant production systems through community participation and local resource mobilization.

Navratan Agro-Organic Private Limited (NAOPL) is committed to helping farmers produce the best crops in the most environmentally responsible manner possible. Our team consists of agricultural professionals who handle the crop side of your business, and certification expert who handle the regulatory side of farming. While our crop experts are keeping up with the latest in seed varieties, soil health and nutrients management IPM and yield analysis.

In addition above, we have a technical services team to handle soil sampling, base line survey, field assessment and data collection work. An internal certification program assures that we are getting the very best data at the field level in which to make the most informed decisions for the client. This approach provides our clients with a team of people who are focused on specific aspects of your operation. We feel that with the complexities of modern farming, a team approach provides the best service to our farm clients.

Our other area of activities include project development and implementation, skill development, HRD training, consultancy in seed production & large scale seed production, organic certification and organic farming, sustainable farming, green agriculture, supply and value Chain management, CSR projects and IWMP project implementation.
