Dr.P.K.Pant, Ph.D having more than 30 years’ experience in Project Development, Management & Implementation, training and teaching, public relation, Human Resource Development / Industrial welfare/ facility management / general administration. He has developed best HR policies for some reputed Indian companies.

With rare combination of technical excellence, conscientious administration, dynamic management skills and academic depth, contributed to research, education and development, his contribution has lead to optimisation of output, outcome and delivery. He is prime mover for ICT based extension activities in ITSL and is an architect of several website. Currently, he is the Founder and Chairman, Navratan Agro Organic Pvt Ltd., committed for green farming through technological interventions, human resource development and providing innovative solutions to emerging challenges.

Dr. Pant has earlier worked as the President at AECS, Vice President, Sheel biotech  Ltd. , Asst. Vice President at International Trace-ability Systems Limited, General Manager in Continental Group.

Dr.J.L.Tickoo, Ph.D is retired from the post of Assitant Director General ( Policy Planning- ICAR),  has 50 years of experience in Plant breeding and Seed technology.

He has also worked as  Sr. Consultant, FAO/UNDP (Bangladesh) Sr. Consultant, USAID (Sri Lanka), Visiting Scientist, Asian Veg. Res. Develop. Center (Rep. of China), All India Coordinator (MULLaRP Grain Legumes), ICAR; Principal Scientist, Grain Legumes, Genetics Division, I.A.R.I., New Delhi).

He is an expert of seed production of field and vegetable crops (OPs/HBs)  and  organizing seed village concept in India.

Dr.J.S.Kanwar, Ph.D, has 48 years of varied experience in various aspects of vegetable science and crop management, Adoption and Certification of Organic Farming and HRD training under NVIUC.

Dr. Kanwar is Former Professor and Head, Department of Vegetable Crops, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana,(Retired on 31.1.08) & Former Senior Technical Advisor,(upto 11.12.2014) International Traceability System Ltd, New Delhi.

Dr.N.B.Bagwan, has done Ph.D in Mycology and Plant Pathology from SRT University, Nanded, Maharashtra. He has about 20 years of experience in Mycology, Plant Pathology, Fermentor Technology, Biological control of Pests and diseases, especially related to Organic Farming in horticulture and agriculture crops and 10 years of experience in development of organic inputs (Biofertilizers, bio pesticides, botanical, growth regulators, bio composts etc).

Dr. Bagwan has rich experience in the agricultural field specifically his experience at NRCG, ICAR, Govt. of India, Junagadh, where he was behind bulk production of Bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, botanical, growth regulators, seed production, sick plot development. He has been published ninety seven research papers in National and International journals and attended many national and international seminars and conferences.

Ms.Vinita Pant, M.Sc.Biochemistry) from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology (GBPUAT). She is working on molecular and biochemical analysis of variation in five varieties of withania somnifera (Ashwagandha). She is also a team member in two research projects (one is undertaken by Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology (GBPUAT) and another at NAOPL.
